We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.


🚨 Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters or global events

We’ll do our best to assist, but once a package leaves our warehouse, transit times are out of our direct control.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
